Hi Steemians,
Years ago, I promise myself, I will lose weight soon, must become slimmer and stronger. I want to get in touch with my inner self, but I don't know what triggers that have caused me to overeat even when I am no longer physically hungry.

So once again, I want to try taking the first step toward becoming the best I can be : stronger, slimmer, healthier, and happier. Just one step at a time, slow and steady wins the race.

I found the tips and really good guide to achieve what I long been searching, how to be slim, fit and successfully healthy.

The Goals

  • Get real about adjusting your thoughts patterns to help create positive change.

  • Get stronger and healthier.

  • Get in touch with your emotional eating triggers.

  • Get on with finally living and feeling good about yourself.

Who wouldn't want to achieve all four of these goals? Unfortunate, many people focus on the goal they believe is the most important one is to them, which is usually losing weight, and they typically select the quickest way to do it. This is where the problem begins, we are like the majority on this planet who have tried to lose weight, you have gone down this road at least once or twice only to eventually fail. If that's the case let's go back to the drawing board and rethink that quick way of thinking about weight loss. Just one step at a time.

If you are serious about losing weight and keeping it for good, you will be happy for the rest of your life.

Goals require you to make specific investments in yourself which will physically and emotionally prepare you for a successful goal.

There are four phases which remind of building a fire

Phase 1 - Getting your inner fire going, It's when you strike that first match and spark the first flames. That flash of light that ignites the whole process

Phase 2 - You begin to fan and build up the fire, turn up the heat by adding fuel and oxygen to the flames, It's where you really get moving aerobically and start to stroke your inner furnace.

Phase 3 - Where things really begin to burn in earnest as sparks start to fly and dance and the flames grow both in temperature and intensity. This is the stage where you get in touch with your hot buttons - where you discover why "emotional eating" has been weighing you down and what's been really "eating at" you.

Phase 4 - Finally your fire is ready for the really big logs - strength training exercises- which will not only help to make the fire burn brighter and stronger but help to maintain the glow and brilliant burn long after you have lifted those heavy logs and heaved them onto the fire.

To begin with, the first step is to get moving, and the more the netter. Make a conscious decision to increase physical activities as much as possible. Shoot for at least 30 minutes (broken into ten or fifteen-minute segments if necessary) per day for now. The goal is to get yourself back on track, so just get up and move.
