My wife and I had a flight tomorrow and we enjoyed our morning lunch date for the last time until we came back. She really wanted to have some delicious food before we go. So I searched for the best Thakali restaurant in the town and this restaurant came in the list. And we head to the same restaurant in the morning. But we forgot that at morning, restauarnt often doesn't expect many customers. And they don't start preparing food. We wanted to have Americano but they haven't yet bought beans from the market and we had to go with this simple milk coffee.
My wife doesn't really love chicken meat but she like crispy chicken the most, then chicken sausage and at last chicken roast. Crispy is her most favorite. This crispy chicken was very much juicy, crunchy and tasty.

And here is the Thakali dish. It comes with rice, lentils thereafter serially mutton curry, curd, papad, carrot, tomato pickle, raddish pickle, gundruk sadheko, green mustard, bean curry and fried potatoes.
