I booked a deluxe room for a night while on my tour to eastern part. The package consists of a free morning breakfast as a compliment. Sadly, the hotel don't do room service for complimentary meal so we had to go to their restaurant to have it. And the restaurant was pretty good with good decoration and great view. The sun arrived in a good time as well. The previous day it was very foggy from the moment I arrived.
The first one on the breakfast was omlette. It was a very different taste than what I had in my city. Bread made in their own environment and the meal made in their own way with ingredients available there. I finished all of it.
The second one was plain paratha with rajma curry. Rajma is an Indian/Nepali word for kidney beans, a legume type vegetable. This hotel mainly served various types of Indian dishes and cuisines.
The third one was a fried chicken sausage. They topped it with various local spices and it was very tasty. Seems like sausage found here are very small in size.
At last they served milk coffee. Perfect beverage to have in a cold place like this one: too much unpredictable fog all the times. Pretty much satisfied with the complimentary breakfast meal. Was very good and appetizing.
