In this photo, you can green eye beans, carrot, capsicum, lemon, green chilli and dried red chilli.
Here you can see pumpkin, potato, green chilli, tomatoes and onions. These two were different vendors in the same local street.
Sometimes I also make purchase of some vegetables for a day from street food vendors. Most of the vegetables in Capital comes from hilly village and Terai. But most importantly, most of them gets exported from India. Million of dollars get spent on exporting vegetables from India each year.
Some people also do farming in Kathmandu as there is only small fractions of land left in the capital that can be used for agriculture. One can find huge in the countryside areas of Kathmandu.
