I had pani puri for lunch yesterday which is a famous snack and street food in Indian subcontinent including Nepal, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh. It had been since a longtime I had made this snack in home and ate this after a longtime as well. Since every ingredients are readily available in the market, the preparation process is very much effortless. It comes with a packet inside which there is a circular fried crispy potato which after boiling in oil gives the above hollow circular shape. The spicy sour water used to accompany the puri also comes packed inside the same. You just need to pour water over it and stir it well. The only effort it will take is to prepare a mashed potato. This is how we eat: make a hole in that puri (hollow crispy circular potato) then place mashed potato inside it and then pour that spicy water and take it to the mouth.
But this packed one doesn't seem any tasty than the one sold outside in street because on street the snack is freshly prepared and fresh while packed one is not.
