My wife's favorite fast food is Chicken Hot Dog. This time she prepared the food for the first time in home. I brought her all the ingredients that she needed to prepare it like the hot dog buns, butter, hot dog, mayonnaise, potato, cucumber, onion.
Heating the buns in butter to make it hot and crunchy. It can be easily bought in the bakery, dairy shop or Supermarket.
Home made french fries to accompany the hot dog. Or in another word fried potatoes馃ぃ.
Frying hot dog in oil under medium flame. Take it out when the outer surface of the hotdog turns reddish.
In the meantime while my wife was cooking, I cut cucumber and onion in circular pieces then prepared mayonnaise sauce by mixing 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise with ketchup, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice and stir it for some seconds.
The last step was putting the hot dog, cucumber and onion inside the bun. Then it is ready to be served. The hot dog was awesome when taken with Fanta馃ぃ.
