I stop by here to introduce you to the Avocado tree which I have in the patio of the house and the important is take care a tree or any plants in your house; I tell you that this tree was planted approximately 12 or 13 years ago, it grew, but all it did was provide shade, oh! And as a trampoline for the cats to be able to ride on the platform of the other house 🤣😂.
There was a moment when I thought, if we like avocado so much and it's rich in healthy fats and nutrients, why didn't we start giving love to this tree so that it would give us its fruits? It was strange, if those fruit trees give themselves a lot in tropical climates and more than in the climate of Maracay, Venezuela.
But I did not give up, once visiting the tree, I realized that the seed that I sowed was already peeking to the surface and began to grow and I realized that these trees grow fast, in fact, we had to cut several thick branches to prevent the cats from mounting on the neighbor's border, because Cirilla gave birth there, but those branches are replaced as if nothing , once again, that tree is populated.
I consulted with an Agronomist Engineer and she told me to send her a photo of the state the tree is in and it was better not, she scolded me, to find a way to cover those roots that are very outside and to care for it because "Those leaves are very yellow”, then he told me the following:

In order not to lose patience, I was always taking care of the tree, adding fertilizer, adding water, if I watered the tree hahaha, but I did that when it wasn't raining and there was a lot of sun.
The leaves began to turn green and grow:
I already began to see the results among the branches and leaves excited, they grow at the top of the tree and others were closer, we began to think about how to lower them and when to do it, the engineer friend told me that with a long stick and a basket at the top, a neighbor who has a lot of trees was going to lend me hers, but I forgot to go to her house to look for it, after weeks
I began to read that you have to wait for it to have the size and color to see if it is ripe, that is to say, almost dark green and not very green and an adult size, we can't stand it and we lower the first one, I'm sorry, I don't have patience and it was very green, but we waited a few days and tasted it, we waited other days and look at the results, avocado in abundance, rich and happy for some avocados of ourselves and not for giving up.

It was not a male, it was alone and it had no affection, I made it and we ate a lot, Actually, I am doing the same procedure so that it gives us more of its fruits.

Me paso por aquí para presentarles el árbol de Aguacate o también conocido como Palta, que tengo en el patio de la casa, les cuento que este árbol fue sembrado hace aproximadamente 12 o 13 años, creció, pero lo único que hacía es dar sombra, ¡Ah! Y de trampolín para los gatos para poder montarse a la platabanda de la otra casa 😂🤣.
Hubo un momento en que pensé, si nos gusta tanto el aguacate y es rica en grasas saludables y nutrientes, ¿Por qué no empezamos a darle cariño a este árbol para que nos diera sus frutos?, era extraño, si esos árboles frutales se dan mucho en los climas tropicales y que más que en el clima de Maracay, Venezuela.
Pero no me di por vencido, una vez visitando el árbol, me di cuenta que la semilla que sembré ya estaba asomándose a la superficie y empezó a crecer y me di cuenta que esos árboles crecen rápido, de hecho, tuvimos que cortar varias ramas gruesas para evitar que los gatos se montaran en la platabanda del vecino, porque Cirilla paría allí, pero esas ramas se reponen como si nada, otra vez, ese árbol se pobla.
Me asesoré con una Ingeniero Agrónomo y me dijo que le mandara una foto del estado en que está el árbol y más vale que no, me regañó, que buscara la manera de tapar esas raíces que están muy afuera y que le hiciera cariño porque “Esas hojas están muy amarillas”, entonces me dijo lo siguiente:

Compré el fertilizante Agrofertil 15-15-15 y compré tierra abonada para echarle alrededor de las raíces y en un fin de semana, me dediqué cual jardinero a hacer mi trabajo.

De vez en cuando iba a hablarle, pero más que todo para ver hacia las ramas y hojas a ver si veo algún fruto, les cuento que a las semanas vi en la tierra una pelota verde pequeñita, no lo había reconocido e inmediatamente se lo mostré a mi suegra y a mi pareja y fue cuando nos dimos cuenta que era un aguacate bebé, el mismo color, la misma forma, el corazón se me iba a salir jaja. Lástima que no le tomé foto, porque no le había tomado mucha importancia.
Para no perder la paciencia, estuve siempre cuidando el árbol, echándole el fertilizante, echándole agua, si yo regando el árbol jajaja, pero eso lo hacía cuando no llovía y había mucho sol.
Las hojas empezaron tornarse verdes y a crecer más:
Ya empecé a ver emocionado los resultados entre las ramas y hojas, crecen lo más alto de la cima del árbol y otros sí estaban más cerca, empezamos a pensar cómo bajarlos y en qué momento hacerlo, la ingeniero amiga me dijo que con un palo largo y una cesta en la punta, una vecina que tiene bastantes árboles me iba a prestar el suyo, pero se me olvidó ir a su casa a buscarlo, a los meses empecé a leer que hay que esperar que tenga el tamaño y color para ver si está maduro, es decir, verde casi oscuro y no muy verde y un tamaño de adultez, no nos aguantamos y bajamos el primero, lo siento, no tengo paciencia y estaba muy verde, pero esperamos unos días y lo degustamos, esperamos otros días y miren los resultados, aguacate en abundancia, ricos y felices por unos aguacates de nosotros mismos y no por darme por vencido.
A la izquierda mi primer aguacate y a la derecha los demás que recogí a los días siguientes
No era macho, estaba solo y no tenía cariño, lo logré y comimos mucho, hoy en día estoy haciendo el mismo procedimiento para que nos de más de sus frutos.
