Today I found out that my brother's neighbor has a blackberry bush that is giving a lot of fruit. The branches were so full that some of the blackberries were already falling on their own. She let us harvest some of them so we could make agua de mora and drink it. We didn't think twice and happily accepted.

She also has a big avocado tree that is very generous. It's a shame that sometimes the fruit is not cut in time, and it ends up spoiling on the ground. It always feels like a waste when a tree gives that much, and nobody is there to receive it.
