Sent back to the Oceanview Motel, I rang the service bell and solved room puzzles to unlock a new path. After emerging into a long alleyway, I met panopticon supervisor Frederick Langston, pressed him for information regarding Dylan Faden, and claimed a control point before facing the Benicoff TV.
Once again, I was sent back to Oceanview Motel and Casino. As I interacted with the switch, the first thing I tried to do was open a door without getting to the bell, but the door was locked, forcing me to look for another way to trigger the shifting environment.
So I rushed to the bell and rang it, listening to the distinct chime echo through the empty, wood-paneled corridors as the room layouts began to reset.
Now that I understand how this thing goes, I checked the rooms and solved the puzzles, which unlocked the door for me, carefully aligning the objects in the mirror-image rooms to match the correct reality sequence.
There I found another switch and a glimpse of Jesse in the frame, and after clicking on the switch, I was back to where I was; the dreamlike motel sequence faded instantly as reality snapped back into focus.
But this time, the path ahead was different, as it was open for me, and I got this long alleyway to run on, sprinting down the industrial concrete catwalk that was in the void.
Then I found this panopticon supervisor whom I had to speak with, who introduced himself as Frederick Langston and mentioned it's not the best time for a tour when Jesse said she needed to get inside.
Then Jesse spilled it out that she was told Dylan Faden was kept there, and she wanted Langston's help to find Dylan. And after giving Jesse some information, Langston opened the door for me, mentioning Dylan should be in there.
I had to watch my step inside and subdue the Benicoff TV Object of Power on the fourth floor. So the first thing I did was claim a control point there to save my progress, as that Object of Power might wreck this place before I find Dylan.
