Devastated by Owen and Mel's deaths, Abby used Ellie's dropped map to track her to the theater. Infiltrating through an upper balcony, Abby and Lev held Tommy at gunpoint, ambushed Ellie and Jesse upon their arrival, shot Jesse instantly, and confronted Ellie over the wasted mercy given at Jackson.
Abby started throwing up, seeing the dead body of Owen and Mel in the aquarium. Then Lev showed her the map that Ellie was carrying all this time, and they just got the location of Ellie to trace her down.
It was the next scene, where both Abby and Lev reached the theater, right outside the building. They prepared to confront the murderer of their friends, and this time I was moving toward the front door that was locked tight.
Noticing the front door was still locked heavily from the inside, I started looking for another way. I noticed there was this balcony on the upper side with a ladder hanging above out of reach.
I boosted Lev to reach the ladder so he would be able to release it for me, and then I climbed up to get inside the theater through the upper structure.
I got inside through an open window and reached this room where I found the radio device. I also found the photographs of Abby's friends and herself that Ellie had been carrying all this time.
I started looking around and found Tommy alone. Both Abby and Lev surrounded him, asking him not to make any mistake while holding him at gunpoint.
Even though Abby had not taken a shot yet, both Ellie and Jesse came running after hearing the noise. Abby did not think twice before taking out a clean shot on Jesse as soon as he burst through the door.
Now that Abby had Tommy held down at gunpoint, Ellie had to do as Abby ordered, so she threw her handgun away. Ellie finally understood why Abby killed Joel, while Abby said she let them live back in Jackson, but they wasted it.
