I’m so excited about this hollow back 😭 For the FIRST time ever I was able pull my head through like I do on my forearms 🙌😭

The feeling I had after accomplishing this hollow back was the exact same as when I did my first headstand, forearm stand, handstand, the first time I touched my feet to my head or held my first straight line. Every breakthrough has overwhelmed me with excitement and motivation, so much so that sometimes I cry 😭😅

I think if I was a Football player I’d have the biggest celebration dance after every touch down💃🏻🏈 It just feels so damn good to feel strong and in control 💪🙏
