Después de dos meses de pausa, no - hay mejor forma de marcar mi regreso que compartiendo con ustedes en esta nueva y vibrante comunidad. He estado ausente debido a algunos problemas de salud, pero ahora me siento revitalizada y lista para retomar mi entrenamiento con más fuerza que nunca.
Hoy es el día en que vuelvo a mi rutina de abdomen favorita. Aunque a veces enfrentamos situaciones e inconvenientes que escapan de nuestro control, es importante no dejar que nos desanimen. La vida continúa, y estoy inmensamente agradecida por tener la oportunidad de volver a entrenar y disfrutar de las actividades que amo. 💪
Recuerden, no importa los obstáculos que encuentren en su camino, siempre hay una luz al final del túnel y momentos de alegría esperando ser descubiertos. Mantengan esa actitud positiva y sigan adelante.

After a two-month break, there's no better way to mark my return than sharing with you in this new and vibrant community. I've been absent due to some health issues, but now I feel revitalized and ready to resume my training stronger than ever.
Today is the day I return to my favorite abdominal routine. Although we sometimes face situations and setbacks that are beyond our control, it's important not to let them discourage us. Life goes on, and I am immensely grateful for having the opportunity to train again and enjoy the activities I love. 💪
Remember, no matter the obstacles you encounter on your path, there's always light at the end of the tunnel and moments of joy waiting to be discovered. Keep that positive attitude and move forward.
