Today I want to share with you a recipe for a dessert with a delicious fruity touch, it is also super simple, I am talking about a rustic cake with strawberries.

I make this cake every time I get beautiful strawberries in the supermarket, I love it because it combines the spongy lightness of the cake with the sweet and citric flavor of strawberries ...

You will need the following ingredients:

-6 eggs.

-1 cup of sugar.

- 1 cup of flour.

- Fresh strawberries to decorate.

- 1/2 cup of cream cheese or condensed milk.

The preparation is very simple, first we must prepare the cake, for this the six eggs are taken and the whites and the yolks are separated in different bowls.


Then we take the egg whites with the sugar and assemble them with the mixer until they form peaks.


On the other hand we mount the yolks until a creamy consistency is formed.


Then, in the egg whites bowl, gradually add the previously serrated flour and the yolks. creamy, beat with enveloping movements so that the mixture does not lose air.


Once the mixture is integrated, it is placed on a previously greased tray and baked in the oven at 180 ° C for half an hour.


Finally, the sweet cream is placed on the cake and decorated with the strawberries ... It is simply delicious.
