V3 flash plus a few attempts at V4s. After a couple on-ramp sessions, I'm close to being back at V4 form. But since I spent the last year at V4 and not progressing, I also started a hangboard routine to hopefully get to higher grades this year. Hope to get a video of my current hangboard protocol up soon as well.
