Aside from waking up late, Greg cussed at the traffic gridlock. He paid the cab driver and began a brisk walk to his interview.
Arriving at the office, his shirt was soaked around the neck and armpits with sweat.
The secretary shook her head at him in sympathy, waved him to take a seat and catch his breath.
A few minutes later, he stood before the board of interviewers to convince them of his new project. He pressed a button on the projector remote. An image of him kissing his girlfriend in a selfie appeared.
The uncomfortable silence in the room alerted him to the wrong diagram. He quickly switched the image for the right one and hoped that his project would be approved after his presentation.
