  • 100 grams of dry beans
  • 500 grams of cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of smoked sausage
  • 100 grams of smoked bacon
  • 500 grams of beef brisket
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 grams of sweet pepper
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 root of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of scented pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3.5 liters of water
  • sunflower oil

1. Beans put in water for 5-6 hours. Boil until cooked.

2. Put the beef in a saucepan with cold water and bring to a boil, add pepper and bay leaves. Boil the broth over a low heat until the meat is soft. Get the beef from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and cut into cubes.

3. Cut the cabbage and boil it on low heat, adding a little water. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Cabbage should be soft.

4. Sausage and smoked bacon cut into strips and fry, add to broth along with chopped potatoes.

5. Tomatoes pour boiling water for 1 minute and peel off, cut into small pieces. Cut the root of parsley. Carrots, onions and sweet peppers cut into cubes, fry all together on sunflower oil. Put the tomatoes and put out for 3 minutes. Add to the broth along with cabbage, beans and beef. Cook until the potatoes are ready. Salt. Then add crushed garlic.
