Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. It’s the first day of a new week, which naturally means my wife and I need to buy groceries and essentials for the week ahead. We are going to town again, and our destination for shopping this time is still Lotus's. We have to stay in town all morning until the afternoon to pick up our autistic son. His school is halfway between our home and town. In the morning, after dropping off my niece and autistic son, we headed straight to town. We spent some time strolling around aimlessly first. Then, we stopped by a large local general store that looks like a supermarket. It sells all kinds of miscellaneous goods, such as clothes, shoes, plastic bags, soap, shampoo, solar cells, power plugs, agricultural supplies, and many other things. But it does not sell meat, ingredients, vegetables and fruits. We spent nearly an hour walking around and browsing this large store, only to finally decide on buying just the seed starter trays. We plan to use it to grow various vegetable seedlings in addition to our 4-inch plastic pots.
Next, let me show you our lunch. We ate at a mini restaurant with Thai food cooked to order near this local shop. It is right on the main road. I had stir-fried crispy pork in red curry paste over rice, while my wife had stir-fried kale with crispy pork over rice.

We hit Lotus's after lunch to kill some time. We just walked around, grabbed drinks, and found a spot to sit.
Finally, we spent time at Lotus's shopping in the supermarket. This time we bought various meats, ingredients, condiments, vegetables, and snacks for the kids.
Then we picked up our autistic son from school and drove home, soaking in the beautiful afternoon atmosphere on the main road with a bright, clear sky.
