Our family road trip to the southern beaches spans over 1,000 kilometers : On the first day, we drove about 380 kilometers from home to Tak province.
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today is the first day of our road trip to the southern seas, which is over 1,000 kilometers away. My wife and I take turns driving and looking after our autistic son. There are five people traveling in our group : my wife, my daughter, my granddaughter, my autistic son, and myself. We started our journey from home at about 8:00 AM. My wife took the first turn at driving. I was in the back seat looking after our autistic son, while our daughter and granddaughter sat up front.
Our day-one journey took approximately 7 hours, starting from 8:00 AM until 3:15 PM. After traveling a distance of about 380 kilometers, we took a rest and stayed overnight at a resort in Tak Province. We didn't stop by any tourist attractions on our first day of this trip. However, we occasionally stop at four gas stations to take a rest, have some refreshments, and eat meals or snacks.

I couldn't take any photos during the trip today. When I wasn't driving, I was fully focused on taking care of my autistic son, so I missed out on the beautiful scenery along the way. Upon arriving at the resort in Tak, we felt rather fatigued from the travel. Consequently, we spent most of our time resting in our room and occasionally walking around the resort grounds. And we plan to find a simple restaurant near the resort for a casual dinner later in the evening, though I definitely won't be taking any photos of it.
These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
