Getting ready for a road trip to the beach tomorrow with my family, it's a long drive of over 1,000 kilometers and this is what we're eating today.
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Tomorrow, I am taking my family to the beach in the southern part of our country. We haven't been to the beach in almost 10 years. It’s not that we didn’t want to go, but my wife and I haven't been able to take our autistic son anywhere other than school and the hospital. Over the last 1-2 days, we was able to take our autistic son for a walk outside our home and around our and other people's farms. We are so happy and joyful that we're planning to take him on a trip to another province, and we finally decided to go to the beach in the southern part of our country. This trip covers a distance of over 1,000 kilometers from the North to the Southern sea, with an itinerary of about 9 - 10 days. And we're just winging it and no-plan trip, with no hotel pre-bookings and no fixed route. So we've been busy packing and getting ready for this trip from morning until afternoon. And I cleaned the outside and the inside of the car used for this trip. The vehicle we'll be using for this trip is a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport (7-seater SUV). And this trip included me, my wife, my granddaughter, my daughter and autistic son. My wife, daughter, and I took turns driving on this trip.
We were so busy today, so my wife just made a quick meal again. For breakfast, we had bread and milk. And lunch, my wife made sausage fried rice with some fresh homegrown vegetables. We didn’t have time to take photos of our two meals. Then for dinner, my wife gathered morning glory and culantro from the home garden to use as an ingredient in instant noodles.
