Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My wife and I have spent the last two days enjoying a road trip, hunting for delicious food along both country roads and main highway. We were away from home from the morning until the afternoon. Naturally, some areas of our home garden are still overgrown with grass and weeds. Therefore, we haven't made any plans to go anywhere today, as we intend to clear out the overgrown grass and weeds once again. After we took our granddaughter and autistic son to school, we returned home immediately. Today, we have approximately five hours to manage the garden and prepare lunch prior to picking up our autistic son from the school. However, our niece will be returning home via the school bus. We split the chores: I take care of the home garden myself, while my wife handles the housework and makes lunch using fresh vegetables from our garden. I took a walk around the home garden first, initially intending to move the 10 papaya trees I grew from the seeds of a fruit I ate 2–3 months ago. However, upon looking at them, I realized they were still too small, so I decided not to move them yet.
In my home garden right now, there are 4 mature papaya trees that are already producing edible fruit. However, my wife wants more papayas for eating fresh and using in various dishes.
Upon walking around the home garden, I found no other tasks to do besides removing the grass and weeds, so I began clearing them. Although I had nearly three hours to spare, I was unable to complete the job and will need to resume it on another day. I've been feeling quite tired and have some back pain, which has caused a bit of a delay.
While removing grass and weeds, I saw an unidentified mushroom. They are scattered in many areas of the garden.
Finally, let's take a look at our lunch. My wife cooked a delicious Larb Moo (spicy minced pork salad) using fresh vegetables straight from the home garden. I don't have the recipe for this dish here, as I have previously shared it. Please feel free to check my older posts if you are interested. I’m taking you on the home garden tour to pick the ingredients for this dish.
Then, let’s head to the kitchen to watch my wife whip up some Larb Moo.
These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
