Yesterday i butchered chickens for the very first time. In the past ive always helped with the process pulling festhers and getting chickens into the water.
This time though i did the whole thing.
Although I was spared the actual killing bit, i did the rest.
The birds have been sitting in some cool water for a bit, so ill be throwing them in some bags now to stick in the freezer!
