PEAR AND CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

I wanted to make a different dessert than I usually do. I always cook with passion and what better to express everything, to create good things that I can eat for you and for those you love? So this pear and chocolate cake was born and I propose the recipe.

THE INGREDIENTS:

100 g flour 00
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 g cocoa
80 g butter
QB chocolate chips
2 pears
QB powdered sugar

THE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Start to work the butter with the electric whips with the sugar.
2. Add the eggs, cocoa and flour, one at a time.
3. Add the pears to the mixture and mix everything.
4. Place the mixture on a tray lined with 20 cm baking paper and cook at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, caramelize the pear slices with the sugar in a saucepan.
6. A baked cake decorated with slices of caramelized pears, pieces of chocolate and powdered sugar.
