When I decided to pursue engineering, that was when my insecurities and low confidence heightened.
Sinusoidal Waves
I've encountered so many ups and downs in my life that To Quit was already knocking on my head.
Home
But, I was blessed with family, friends and a boyfriend who always there to support me in many ways.
Sun
With that, I was able to see the light and walked with Jesus for I have now faith that He will never leave me behind.
Bird
I was able to soar high though I wasn't able to get it back a hundred percent but slowly I was able to regain my composure.
Coconut Tree
I thank God everyday for the life He gave to me that for 24 years I always see the sun shining through me and witness the beauty He created and to share the talents He gave to me.
Dumbells
With the trials, I encountered, even now I still have problems to face, I become stronger and stronger each and everyday.
Diploma
With the strong will and determination, I was able to give to my parents a treasure that no human can ever steal. I was able to graduate to a very dreadful course with a famous line: If it's easy, then it is not ECE.
Phil-LiDAR 1
A month after my graduation, I was able to have my first job as a regular employee. I always doubt that I will never be able to look for a job but then Phil-LiDAR 1 happened. That is why I included the logo of my previous job, Phil-LiDAR. Phil-LiDAR 1 project symbolized hope to us, Filipinos. The logo has 4 elements: Plane, LiDAR (Light Detecting and Ranging), Mountains and the river. It is a flood hazard mapping project of the Philippines wherein 16 Universities nationwide, joined forces to create a flood map that will surely help the government and the Filipinos in times of calamity.
Moreover, as I continue my journey, I alwats bear in my mind that I should never lose hope.
Geo-SAFER Western Mindanao
The 3-year project ended and another one came along to continue the flood hazzard map and this time it concentrates to a more resilient Mindanao. Again, I'm very happy that I became a researcher in this project wherein I become a medium in saving lives in my own simple ways.
Steemit
I wanted to draw the steemit logo but I don't want to be scolded by big fishes saying that it is not right to use the logo, and so, I decided to make a circle. (Not perfect tho.) Steemit is one of the most beautiful things I received this year. I was able to help my family financially and help myself to grow by learning and joining contest like this.

This Binary code is me! It's C 2 26 1993. C stands for Caryl and 2 26 1993 is my birthdare, February 26, 1993. In my 24 years of existence, I become who I am today because of God. He blessed me beyond what I imagine and even though I am a sinner. He gave me what I want and sometimes He doesn't give it to me right away. Sometimes, He really would not let me to have it but, He always gave me what's best for me. I am grateful beyond borders.
Grateful. Thankful. And Blessed.

Process
I merged the 6 photos since I'm conserving my phone's battery. Still no electricity in our area because of typhoon Vinta.
1 Draw Mindanao and the globe/circle.
2 Next is the Phil-LiDAR 1 logo.
3 Then the dumbell and diploma.
4 Inked them using Uni Pin 0.3 and 0.7
5 Color them.
