Greetings friends of the community swc,Hello swc friends, today I share with you my freestyle and front Lever training with an elastic band, we took advantage of the fact that today I went to my house in Buena Vista (Pitahaya) where I have some bars and I was able to train some freestyle that I already had time without doing anything Freestyle, although it was something simple, allows me to maintain some tricks, then I trained some front lever with rubber and to finish some pull-ups and some Muscle Up.
