Greetings friends of the community swc,A cordial greeting to the friends of swc, today I share with you my Saturday training, a Front Lever static training and some staradell, it was a pretty good day, some things came out that I had for a long time, I couldn't do the training, It was quite Short because I didn't have enough time since I had to take care of the baby, but overall it was a good day of training.
