Frog Dish in Province

There's this frog called gakong in ilocano. It's usually a small frog with a big stomach, full of eggs. It's cooked as adobo and/or fried. But let me show you these! It's our first time eating gakong this big. It's stomach is bigger than chicken egg.

@leaandwilly cooked it as adobo then fried it. It's really savory. The skin absorb the taste of adobo. It's also a bit crunchy since it was fried afterwards.
