On my third jog since a month or so off my normal schedule I'm finally getting back into it.
I went for a jog along the train tracks in old Rosemont, Montreal.
I'm more in the zone than ever. I was experimenting with a new center of balance and rhythm.
You can see I was rusty on the first two runs.
