This is one Nollywood movie that really had a lot of action that I liked. If you know nollywood movies, you will understand that they are very good in drama but are very poor with actions and for this movie to have a decent form of action coupled with the drama, it shows just how interesting it is compared with other Nigerian movies. The movie begins with a woman whose husband and child were killed because she refused to side with corrupt politicians who planned to take over the Nigerian energy sector. But then when investigations start, it shows this goes beyond just corrupt politicians at play as there were a lot of other powerful personalities in the picture. The investigation led to the wrongful accusation and death of a young man because the police wanted to close the case before any more powerful people got involved but unknowingly to them, the death of the supposed ordinary looking man causes a chain reaction on one would expect.
The boy killed during the investigation happened to be the son of a church deacon who at first glance looked ordinary but after the death of his son changed into a totally new person or should I say went back to the man he used to be before becoming a deacon. It turned out that he had an extraordinary past, one that would later shake the entire nation and since the only person holding him was no more, he had no reason to stay down and hide again. The well known church deacon used to be an assassin, and not just any assassin, but one that was feared by the entire nation. He had retired from that life to become a devoted christian until his son died and he decided to return to that life one last time when he saw there were hidden gaps in his son's death. To uncover the truth, he must do everything to force out his son's killers to reveal themselves.
The man begins by tracking and killing every single person involved in his son's death starting with the police involved in the investigation and killing of his son. The general who trained him tried to buy his silence knowing what he was capable of, but he gave the general and everyone who tried to buy his silence a condition to clear his son's name and the people responsible for his son's death to be handed to him. This made all the people involved in his son's death send assassins to kill him, but he kills them instead and finally kills every single person involved in the death of his son. Although he didn’t do it alone and made a lot of plans with a particular someone, I would not want to spoil everything in this post.
