This is a writing where all I wanted to do is whining, cursing and whining somemore about how Pos Laju Penampang Branch Services suck big time.

Its started with...

My cousin Eva wanted me to choose a sports bra as a birthday day gift last month. So I pick up purple colour and my size and says thank you to her. I thought that she will get the bra for me and passed it to me later. Unfortunately, Eva ordered it online and sent it to our family post box address in Penampang.

Now, here comes the BEST part (eyes rolling in a sarcastic way), the parcel reach to POST OFFICE Penampang, 2 days after I left for my Bangkok Trip and nobody from that bloody post office branch informed me. I only received a missed phone call (it rangs twice) and thats it. Furthermore I didn't even recognized the number but I know its from Sabah Malaysia and I was in Bangkok that time.When I reach Malaysia I decided to return call but no one pick up the phone. So, I thought it was just a random caller.

Today, Eva reminded me to collect the parcel from post office. I went there and ask for my parcel and the person in charge - pakcik said it was already returned to sender. Can you believe it?? No reminder calls or simple post office note saying that my parcel has arrived in Penampang. Oh, he even claimed that the counter lady has call me weeks ago. I burst into GREEN HULK aka THOR mode and give him my piece of mind and telling the person in charge that their service sucks and way unethical. At least give me a call la bah kan....

Anyway after I said what I needed to say, then I ask them where is the parcel now. To my surprise, he answered me in a relaxed kiasu mode "we need returned it to KK POSLAJU center but we haven't got time to drive to KK to send it". $#@%^& kind of answer is that. He could have just get the document from the box and pass it to me but he choose to make me turn into Green HULK. Haiya... I managed to forced him to look into the box and get my parcel. (Power of basic HULK Negotiation)

I feel guilty afterwards, so I apologies after I get my parcel. The end.

MORALLE OR LESSON LEARNED

Me, being short tempered, I should have ask politely first... Check and look for solution and not to quick to judge people. Same goes to the pakcik "uncle" who could have check first his side before saying that my parcel is already returned to sender.
