Hello steemians :) Since we have lots of papaya trees on our garden, my mom decided to made an atchara earlier :) This filipino side dish is called atchara. This is mainly made of unriped grated papaya with thinly sliced carrots and spices. It has a unique combination of sweet and sour taste.
