It's funny how we often think obstacles are just things outside us. traffic jams, closed doors , not enough time or not enough money or even someone. But the real blockade is often internal. That fear inside us, that voice of negativity within. Sometimes the obstacle isn't what is in front of you, but the weight you insist on carrying around, All that baggage, past failures, anxieties, our what-ifs and our complaints.
To live fully means being present, but the present is heavy when you have trained yourself to live in a past memory or expectation. The true obstacle is our mind, our heart that won't let go yesterday's wounds, or Tomorrow's worries.
But what if the obstacle is the path, what if the wall you keep hitting is the very thing meant to wake you, to force you to find another way through, not out. Maybe the obstacle isn't stopping you from living but asking you to want you to live
And maybe, just maybe that's the only way past it.
