“The thing is, the Bible itself says being single is more peaceful, and in 21 years I haven't caught God being wrong yet, so, I'm just single but not available until further notice. Not that I don't like women … I'm just trying to keep my peace in a difficult time.”

Melvin Trent was gently explaining to a friend why his massive success with Team No-Sleep Music was not translating to him being a massive success with young women.

“I'm gently explaining because I don't know how harsh I would have to be to get through to someone that is 20 and is wishing he could be me and have my presumed money and status to get to women, while he already has three kids and is on child support for all of them,” Melvin said to his 18-year-old sister Vanna.

“Yeah, the thinking out here is at a point whe reit is just way safer to be single but not available,” Vanna said. “I had to block so many of my friends when starting college online because the drama is just too much and you tell people different and they don't listen and create more drama that they want to drag you into.”

“Protecting one's peace is the elite thing to be doing,” Melvin said. “Getting entangled at our age when it just isn't necessary – the gift of Covid is to be able to step back and think better for those who want to, and to really see what the everyday pattern of life will do to you if you follow the crowd.”
