When I switched to supplementary food, I understood the panic, insufficiency and despair that I felt when I was fighting with my daughter who strongly refused to eat according to the nutrition calendar that the doctor ignited and who wanted to feed on my own, not with a spoon. that I should trust my baby 's body and his needs as best he knows. That it's good for both of us to give him just healthy choices and let him make his choices and feed himself.
