Highlanders are one of the biggest smokers I know. I really like this photo I captured becaused it portrayed so much of the culture from CAR. Aside from "momma" that they usually chew as part of their recreation, cigarette smoking is also rampant. I remember passing by a signage in front of an elementary school in Mountain Province that says spitting momma is prohibited.
