I received a new dog themed stamp set and I just had to use the adorable little Scottie stamp and make this card.
I mean come on who doesn't love dogs? I also used a couple of new die sets on the tag and circles. I used the Cuttlebug Ben-Day Dots embossing folder for the green card base and of course I had to use the red plaid paper to go along with the scottish theme.
