အဆင္ေျပေနခ်ိန္မွာ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြ ခ်ရတာ လူေတြရဲ႕ ယုံၾကည္မႈေတြရဖို႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရတာ သိပ္မခက္လွေပမယ့္၊ အရာရာဟာ ရႈပ္ေထြးၿပီး မတည္ၿငိမ္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာေတာ့ မလြယ္ကူလွပါဘူး။
ေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ေယာက္ဆိုတာ ဆုံျဖတ္ရဲၿပီး လူေတြရဲ႕ ယုံၾကည္မႈကို တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္ရမယ္။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔တေတြဟာ ေန႔စဥ္ေန႔တိုင္း သင္ယူေနၾကရပါတယ္။ ဆိုးတဲ့ အေျခအေနေတြမွာပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ ေကာင္းတဲ့ အေနအထားေတြမွာပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ပါ။ ဘဝႀကီးမွာ သင္ယူေလ့လာေရွ႕ဆက္ရမွာပါပဲေလ။
လက္ေတြ႕ဘဝကေန သင္ယူေလ့လာရတာ လက္ေတြ႕ဆန္ၿပီး ေကာင္လွေပမယ့္၊ တခါတရံမွာ နာက်င္ရတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ တကယ့္ဘဝနဲ႔ နီးစပ္ေအာင္ ေဘးကင္းမယ့္ အေနအထားမွာ ဖန္တီးႏိုင္ရင္ေတာ့ ဘယ္သူ႔ကိုမွ အႏၲရာယ္မရွိေစပဲ သင္ယူေလ့လာႏိုင္ၾကမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္အေနနဲ႔ အၿမဲေရြးခ်ယ္တတ္တာကေတာ့ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ဇာတ္ကားတစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ကေန ေဆြးေႏြးေလ့လာျခင္းပဲ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ရက္ပိုင္းေတြက ၾကည့္ျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ "The Last Ship" ဆိုတဲ့ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ဇာတ္လမ္းတြဲဆိုရင္ တကယ္ကို ေကာင္းပါတယ္။
အေျခအေနအၾကပ္အတည္းေတြမွာ ေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေတြ၊ သူ႔ရဲ႕ အရည္းအခ်င္းေတြဟာ တကယ့္ကို ေခါင္းေဆာင္မႈနဲ႔ ပတ္သတ္တဲ့ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲေတြလအတြက္ case study လုပ္ဖို႔ အရမ္းသင့္ေတာ္ပါတယ္။
နည္းလမ္းမ်ိဳးစုံနဲ႔ေလ့လာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
ေလ့လာသင္ယူျခင္းဟာ ေပ်ာ္စရာပါ။
႐ုပ္ရွင္ဇာတ္ကားေတြနဲ႔ေတာင့္ သင္ယူေလ့လာႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
It is easy for a man to make decision/ to trust others when things are in good shape...but it is very different when things are very uncertain and confusing.
Being a leader, one must be able to make decision and build trust of one's people.
Everyday we learn...from good and bad things...and life must move on...
Learning from real life is good but painful. However...we can learn without putting everone in danger if we could simulate the real life in the safe environment.
One of those options that i like to choose is to use some movies as real life case studies.
I may say the movie series called "The Last Ship" is a good example and you will learn most of all leadership traits such as building trust, making critcal decision, teamwork, etc.
Learning has options...
Learning is fun...
You can learn even from a movie...
