We first made some charcoal with bonfire, burning some waste woods in the warehouse. Actually, the BBQ came in mind after seeing so much of charcoal from the bonfire. We didn't wanted to throw them away. So we came up with the plan of making BBQ utilizing those charcoal.
We didn't even have a charcoal grill so we thought making a temporary grill station on ourselves.
We gathered some bricks, a piece of iron net then finally a flat iron stool( something like that)
We stacked two layer of bricks in three faces leaving one face open so that we could pass and bow air whenever needed to burn the charcoal. It also gives space to move charcoals time and again so that to clean the ashes from the burning charcoal. Then we put the iron stool over the just made small brick house. We filled the house with charcoal. And finally, we put the piece of iron net above the iron stool and put some bricks over it so that to hold the net nice and tightly. Now our temporary grill station is ready with the help of materials available around.
We already had some chickens marinated in the mixture of various spices, that was when we thought of making BBQ. And even our charcoal was already burning(as I mentioned earlier we were burning some waste woods, so directly transferred those burning charcoal to the grill house just made.)
So as everything was perfectly ready I finally started putting chicken pieces on the net, and all we had to do was wait for some time for our BBQ.
I took these images and small video clip just for the memory. I never thought I would make a post about it, otherwise I could have some more images and clips all of the works done. That could be real fun sharing here during this stay home season. Anyway it's still nice to have some.
