Talent is said to be a natural skill one possess even without having to learn it now we all having this feeling that hard work pays fine I have no argument on that but we did not reason deep to know that even the talent we speak of need hard work for it to be able to get on it's toe (flourish) or to become visible.
Hardwork is needed in anything we plan to achieve but Hardwork is not still a guarantee that some one might be successful infact it is almost looking like Talent is the real deal. Because one most have talent and if i am not mistaking it is a skill and what is a skill? It is the ability to know how to do a thing very well and you and i can judge by the way things are going in Nigeria that is we who are in the country Nigeria you can attest to it that talent works pretty well here it is almost like hard work is out of the equation.
Now don't get me wrong we need hardwork in order to attain this word called success but do you know being smart is key some times to success okay this is why i said this, Do you Know that Bill Gate wasn't much of a brainiac in the field of study but look at it today he is one of the richest in the whole world.
Now he didn't necessarily, Rather practically put hardwood but he added skill and one doesn't need hardwork to be creative, He was a creative person because he has a talent and talent is a skill, if he did not add he's talent and a little work he won't have created the micro soft we are enjoying today.
Elon musk My Case Study
I love this man called Elon musk he is not just a business man to me but he is a comedian to me he is most times funny in how he talks, walks i mean he's lifestyle just so cool you might not even know he is billionaire. Now if we are to look at he's story he never needed Hardwork, go ahead read he's biography infact he was a drop out student and now he is a billionaire as we speak, He never implied in all he's success stories that he put hard work but might Hardwork was In the equation.
Because you can't achieve some thing if an effort is not added, it might be physical effort or mentality effort one of both but to me i felt it takes talent for one to be successful. If you check him very well he is the owner of so many company I'll mention just one i guess we all know Tesla a guy that doesn't need fuel to move that is what i call Talent it is a skill and a skill is creativity.
Most times all you need when one has an idea is capital to push forward your ideas not necessary one have to apply hardwork but it is compulsory for us to work hard too sometimes because we can give up sometimes hard work in the equation it is like a motivation.
I am a salary earner infact I work a lot but trust me the hard work is not paying much but there is a believe that it might pay me one day but not today, So this is what i did i added talent to it now i can now earn while i work hard and i must say when talent is the picture it helps for real because i know how to work social media if you know what i mean SEO kind of thing it takes talent (skill) to be able to do such so that is how i make my extra change.
This Is What Works For Me
Talent with a little hard work is what really works for me now, I did actually try hard work in my country one doesn't need to be a hardworking person all the time we need talent (skill) to acquire success.
