Soooo, its that time of year again where my boyfriend gives me 1 day notice to make him a birthday cake!!!
I asked what he liked and he told me "just do a cake with the viacoin logo on"
Okay, I admit, I could have done a lot better, but with the time I had, this is the best I could come up with.
This was a vanilla madeira cake with strawberry jam and milky way chocolate ganache.
