This sewing project is always one of my favorites, because I make the most of any garment giving it new life and a better use. In this case, I was doubtful, because the selected material was stretchy, and the color was a delight, I was invaded by millions of ideas for its use.
For its realization I was inspired by some designs that were made with the same type of fabric or very similar, taken from the Pinterest app.
Este proyecto de costura, es siempre uno de mis favoritos, pues aprovecho al máximo cualquier prenda de vestir dandole nueva vida y un mejor uso. En este caso, estaba dudosa, pues el material seleccionado era elastizado, y el color una delicia, me invadieron millones de ideas para su provecho.
Para su realización me inspire en algunos diseños que estaban confeccionados con el mismo tipo de tela o muy similar, tomados de la app Pinterest.

I began by making several cuts per session, taking a total of 5 pieces for the dress. Once they were cut, I proceeded to place them in such a way that they looked like the design and model I was going to make, to have a first moment before sewing.

Comence realizando varios cortes por sesiones, sacando en total, 5piezas para la confección del vestido. Una vez cortadas, procedí a colocarlas una de manera tal que pareciera el diseño y modelo que iba a elaborar, para tener un primer momento antes de pasar a coser.

I continued with a French seam on the top of my dress, leaving a sort of top.
With the help of some pins, I pinned the top part to the bottom part and sewed a straight seam, stretching the top part, so that it would have a gathered effect.

Continúe realizando una costura francesa a la parte de arriba de mi vestido, quedando una especie de top.
Con ayuda de unos alfileres, sujete la parte de arriba con la parte de abajo y pase una costura recta, estirando la parte del top, para que fueran quedando un efecto de fruncido.

Once the two pieces are already together, I sewed a seam 2cm apart from the one already sewn to join them, leaving a space without sewing so that I could sew an elastic.
With the help of a safety pin, pull the elastic through and close the small gap that was left open.
Continue making a hem all around the upper part, leaving a small gap, to pass another elastic, leaving my garment almost ready.

Ya unidad las dos piezas, le pase una costura a 2cm de separación con respecto a la ya realizada para unirlas, dejando un espacio sin coser oara pasar luego un elástico.
Con ayuda de un imperdible pase el elástico y cerre la la pequeña separación que había quedado abierta.
Continúe haciendo un dobladillo por todo el contorno de la parte alta, dejando una pequeña separación, oara pasar otro elástico, quedando ya casi lista mi prenda de vestir.

To make the flight, divide the flight into four parts and mark each part. Then do the same procedure with the bottom part of the dress and join each marked part of the ruffle to the dress. Allowing each gathered part to be distributed in the same way.
With a hand needle, I gathered little by little each part of the flounce and automatically passed the straight seam at the end with the help of the sewing machine.*

Para la realización del vuelo, dividi en cuatro el mismo y señale cada parte. Luego realice el mismo procedimiento con la parte inferior del vestido y uni cada parte marcada del vuelo con el vestido. Permitiendo que cada parte fruncida quede distribuida de la misma manera.
Con una aguja de mano fui frunciendo poco a poco cada sesion del vuelo y pasando automáticamente al terminar la costura recta con ayuda de la máquina de coser.

To finish I proceeded to make the sleeves, for this I took two strips of fabric that already had a hem, making the most of each advanced seam. Then I joined them at the top, but without going all the way down the seam. Then I hemmed the hems and put an elastic through.
I attached the sleeves to the dress and made a nice accessory to accompany and complement this outfit.

Para culminar procedí a hacer las manguitas, para ello tome dos listones de tela que ya tenian un dobladillo, aprovechando al máximo cada costura adelantada. Luego las uni por la parte alta, pero sin bajar hasta abajo la costura. Luego le realice los dobladillos y pase un elástico.
Uni las mangas al vestido y realice un lindo accesorio para acompañar y complementar mejor este outfit.
