Procedimiento:
1er paso:
Para este proyecto comencé marcando con ayuda de una crayola, la silueta y estructura del vestido, para ello tome una muestra de otro pareo que me hice el año pasado, modificando el estilo de la parte de arriba, pues este seria de un solo hombro y con un pequeño arco a un costado de la cintura.
Una vez marcado el pareo procedo a recortar todo por las marcas que habia realizado anteriormente.

Procedure:
1st step:
For this project I started marking with the help of a crayon, the silhouette and structure of the dress, for this I took a sample of another sarong that I made last year, modifying the style of the top, as this would be one shoulder and with a small bow on one side of the waist.
Once I marked the sarong I proceeded to cut out everything by the marks I had previously made.

2do paso:
Realizo una costura francesa por la parte del hombro y el costado de uno de sus laterales, pues por la otra parte estaba ya unido, debido a que se le realizó el corte con la tela doblada por la mitad.
Esta costura consiste en realizar dos puntadas rectas, la primera por el derecho de la tela, la segunda es por el revés, pero pasando por encima de la costura ya realizada, quedando por dentro todo lo sobrante o margen de costura, asi se evita que se deshile y le da un bonito acado.

2nd step:
I made a French seam on the shoulder and the side of one of its sides, since the other side was already joined, because the cut was made with the fabric folded in half.
This seam consists of two straight stitches, the first on the right side of the fabric, the second is on the back, but passing over the seam already made, leaving inside all the seam allowance or seam allowance, so it avoids fraying and gives it a nice accent.

3er paso:
Para mi tercer y último paso, realizo el dobladillo al costado que queda abierto y al arco donde pasara la tira que dara el efecto fruncido en el mismo lateral.
Una vez realizados los dobladillos paso un elástico en la parte de arriba de pareo, dándole mas firmeza y sosten.

Step 3:
For my third and last step, I hem the side that remains open and the arch where the strip that will give the gathered effect on the same side will pass.
Once the hems are done, I pass an elastic on the top part of the sarong, giving it more firmness and support.

De esta forma quedo conformado una nueva prenda, ideal para dias frescos. Una prenda, comoda, a la moda y unica.
