En esta ocasion les quiero compartir uno de los nuevos retos que ejecute hace unos dias, para una amistad. No es algo complicado, pero no suelo hacer este tipo de trabajos, pues no es mi fuerte y me faltaba algo de pr谩ctica y experiencia. Pero como toda amante de su trabajo, me puse manos a la obra y pues comence a intentar.

This time I want to share with you one of the new challenges I made a few days ago, for a friend. It's not something complicated, but I don't usually do this kind of work, because it's not my forte and I lacked some practice and experience. But like any lover of her work, I got down to work and began to try.

Procedimiento:
1er paso:
Comence remendando o sanando el area que estaba rota. Para ello realice una costura con la puntada en tik tak. Y corte un poco de largo, haciendo el pantalon estilo short.
Procedure:
1st step:
I started by mending or healing the area that was broken. To do this, I sewed a tik tak stitch. And I cut a little bit of length, making the pants shorts style.
2do paso:
Con las patas del pantalon, que se cortaron anteriormente, confeccione un bolsillo. Donde abri una de las patas sobrantes, luego las doble en dos y realice un corte, emparejando asi, y quedando un cuadrado.
Luego cosi al reves todo el cuadrado, dejando un peque帽o orificio para poder voltearlo al terminar de coser. Cuando estuvo ya listo cerre el orificio y lo coloque encima del short, para poder marcar el lugar donde iria el mismo.
Step 2:
With the pant legs, which were previously cut, I made a pocket. Where I opened one of the leftover legs, then folded them in two and made a cut, thus matching, and leaving a square.
Then I sewed the whole square backwards, leaving a small hole so I could turn it over when I finished sewing. When it was ready, I closed the hole and placed it on top of the shorts, to mark the place where it would go.
3er paso:
Luego le coloque casi en el centro del bolsillo un liston negro, ya que era una buena opcion, debido a que el short tenia varias de ese estilo.
Y finalmente cosi el bolsillo al short. Tapando de esta manera toda la costura que estaba resanando la zona maltratada del mismo.
3rd step:
Then I placed a black ribbon almost in the center of the pocket, as it was a good option, since the shorts had several of that style.
And finally I sewed the pocket to the shorts. Covering in this way all the seam that was repairing the damaged area of the shorts.
Resultado/Result
