Today I want to introduce a Vietnamese popular dish, it is Bamboo Shoot and Chicken Vermicelli Soup. This dish made by simple cooking ingredients and you can easy buy it in the supermarket if you want cook this dish.
I don't cook this dish, I eat this noodle soup at the supermarket when I shoping at here. At the Lotte mart supermarket have a convenience food area for customer, so you can eat much of cooked food at the area.
This is some review of me about one store of convenience food area.
The Space
That is a small store lay at head of food area when you go from shopping area, but you can easy to see it.
The chef is cook noodle for me
Spices served for dish put in font of the store
The space for customer eat food very large because this area is the space use for many store of food convenience area
Service
Almost food store at here is "self-service", you go to the cashier choose pay your dish, then go to the food store you choice the dish provide the bill and take it to public area. So easy and simple, right!
In the public area alway have staff clean the table so alway have empty clean table for you!
Food
The bowl is full with the noodle and topping, look very delicious! The vermicelli very soft and fresh, taste of soup very suitable but you can add fish sauce if you feel light taste
Chicken so fresh and tasty, big pieces of chicken in the bowl

The food store only provide 3 dish about vermicelli with very suitable price, you can see the menu:
Price
Only 22500 VND (~1$) for a dish, very very cheap and suitable with many student.
Rate
.5/10 and i'll enjoy it more often.
