Hello friends, welcome to my blog. I hope you had a great Sunday. Today was a wet day with continued drizzling until this evening that the clouds came smiling at us clear and bright, swallowing up the dark clouds and bringing us sun, which although lasted for a short time, made our day beautiful.
We strolled to the market to get some items for cooking and then stopped at a store for bread and beverages. I got back and made breakfast even though it was already noon. A few hours after eating, I got a call from my sister pleading that I make her hair because the salon she went to has a lot of waiting customers, and she needed to rest. I asked that she come, but she shouldn't expect the hair to be very neat because I had nails on and would not grip the hair firmly for a smooth hair line. Well, I tried my best to give the edges a curve so it's not all plain straight looking hair, and she loved it when I finished.
We went out again much later when it was dark because I wanted corn. It's best to eat corn when the weather is cold. On our way there, I saw coconut and asked hubby to get for our corn. We asked the seller to break it open gently so that I could drink the coconut water. The coconut water was refreshing, and I enjoyed it to the last drop. We got our corn roasted and sold by the roadside.
Corn and coconut is actually a good combination, so explore if you haven't tried it before. We enjoyed our corn and it served as dinner for today.
