Hi Hive Lovers
Everyone's conception of success is different. It depends on what they want. But desires are always changing, right?
Success is everyone's dream. People will do anything to be successful. So you train hard for a race until you get injured in order to succeed; you work until you neglect your health in order to succeed; and so on. A successful person has wealth, rank, position, power, recognition, and as much as they want.
After we get one success, we will always want another success. We will never be satisfied with pursuing success. Finally, we will always feel burdened and will never enjoy the success that we have achieved before.
Success does not guarantee happiness
Success will never equal happiness. Success does not guarantee you will live a happy life.
While waiting to fly at the international airport, I spoke to a man who had retired. He made me understand the meaning of success and I am very grateful to him. It happened about 10 years ago, when I was only 25 years old.
At that time, we chatted about his experience working as a government employee, and towards the end of our conversation—I know exactly when—he received a call to get to his plane. He asks why anyone would be successful in their career but not happy.
He didn't wait for my answer. He went on to explain that many people with good careers and titles are trapped in failed love relationships, hated by coworkers, or involved in crimes and financial scandals.
He stands up and, holding his tiny blue suitcase, he mentions that the answer is because their lives have no meaning. The man said goodbye first, and then we shook hands while praying for each other.
Successful people are people who are able to find meaning in their lives. Every success you get-even a small success-must provide useful value for you and for the people around you.
You can see great people around the world who have different paths behind their success. Each of them has a charitable foundation for the empowerment of others. There are even certain people who even give their lives to empower others.
They are vivid examples of how useful and meaningful it can be to others. If in your mind, the phrase "they are rich people" means" and it's easy for them to help others," then you are absolutely wrong. We can also do things like that based on our capacity and ability, right?
The question is,
What are you and they looking for?
Yes, HAPPINESS!
Helping others and making others successful is part of a meaningful life and is an invaluable joy and success.
You don't have to help and benefit others just by giving them money. Even non-material contributions are helpful and useful for others. It is a success and happiness for you to assist a lost tourist in finding their way.
There are 1001 roads leading to #Rome. Of course, there are also 1001 ways you can do so that your life can be successful, and that is by giving benefits to others. So, there is no reason for you not to be successful, because the measure of success is not measured by wealth and appearance.
As long as you give and receive from each other and benefit each other for others, success and happiness will soon come to you.
Every time the word "success" appears, I always think of the old man at the airport. I wish him and you nothing but success and happiness.
