For me a dessert, cocoa cake is always welcome.
The recipe I based it on is this:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup coffee
2 cups sifted flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 tablespoon vinegar
Depending if you want to obtain more product, the quantity of the ingredients can be modified.
