Today I did something different to what I usually do, I saw this as something very complicated but I think that everything can be achieved with the right tools, in this case brushes that helped me trace small flowers on my eyelids.
Hoy me hice algo diferente a lo que suelo hacer, veía esto como algo muy complicado pero creo que todo se puede lograr con las herramientas adecuadas en este caso pinceles que me ayudaron a trazar pequeñas flores en mis párpados.
I had seen this type of makeup for a long time, I think it was since 2020 that I saw it very often and at that time I was just getting into doing this type of thing on my face, I saw many flowers, roses and also sunflowers, I wanted to do my own version of sunflowers really because I thought it would be the easiest thing to do, but I think nothing is really that easy everything has its little difficulty.
Hace tiempo había visto este tipo de maquillaje, creo que fue desde el 2020 que lo ví muy seguido y en ese entonces yo estaba recién adentrandome en hacer este tipo de cosas en mi cara, ví muchas flores, rosas y también de girasoles, quise hacer mi propia versión de los girasoles realmente porque pensé que sería lo más fácil se hacer, pero creo que nada es realmente tan fácil todo tiene su pequeña dificultad.
I started by applying a primer on my eyelids, then I drew the line guide, and after being sure I applied eyeliner and to have a distance from the flowers I made dots with a special brush that is actually a nail brush.
Comencé por aplicar un primer en mis párpados, luego dibujé la guía de la línea, y luego de estar segura apliqué delineador y para tener distancia de las flores hice puntos con un pincel especial que de hecho es un pincel para uñas.
The most tedious part was making the flowers with only one eye. It took me an hour because I didn't know how to do it, and I was certainly testing the colors and how everything was fitting together. I added layers of colors, between lemon yellow, ocher yellow, orange, brown, white and black. I also used two types of greens mixed together to make the leaves, I did them without much detail because it had already taken me a long time, the truth is that I tried layer by layer until I had something that I liked and then I applied it to the other eye .
La parte más tediosa fue hacer las flores con un solo ojo me demoré una hora porque no sabía cómo hacerlo, y ciertamente estaba probando los colores y como iba todo encajando. Agregué capas de colores, entre amarillo limón, amarillo ocre, naranja, marrón, blanco y negro. También utilicé dos tipos de verdes mezclados entre sí para hacer las hojas, las hice sin mucho detalle porque ya me había demorado mucho, la verdad es que fui probando capa por capa hasta que tuve algo que me gustó y luego lo apliqué en el otro ojo.
Once happy with the result, I finished applying the rest of the makeup.
Una vez contenta con el resultado, terminé de aplicar el resto del maquillaje.
I hadn't styled my hair as usual, in fact I hadn't styled it at all and I feel like maybe that would have improved the final photos but that's how it all turned out, I'm happy with the result anyway, I used a lot of thin brushes, I don't use just makeup brushes, i use brushes from my paints, nail brushes. I bought all these brushes for a specific purpose, which is for details.
No había peinado mi cabello como de costumbre, de hecho no lo había peinado en lo absoluto y siento que quizá eso hubiera mejorado las fotos finales pero así salió todo, de igual forma estoy contenta con el resultado, utilicé muchos pinceles delgados, yo no uso solo pinceles de maquillaje, uso pinceles de mis pinturas, pinceles de uñas. Todos estos pinceles yo los compré con un fin específico que son para los detalles.
