Today we are going to prepare some delicious stuffed chicken breasts to get out of the food routine.
We start with the stuffing that I will put, I will do it with a little onion and minced garlic in a pan with very hot oil, then I will add spinach that I had frozen, salt and I will let it cook for a few minutes and that's it.
Hoy vamos a preparar unas deliciosas pechugas de pollo rellenas para salir de la rutina de la comida.
Empezamos por el relleno que le pondré, lo haré con un poco de cebolla y ajo picado en una sartén con aceite bien caliente, luego añadiré espinaca que tenía congelada, y sal, lo dejo cocinar pocos minutos y listo.
I continue with some chicken breasts which I am going to season and put the filling along, then I proceed to roll it up and with some toothpicks I make sure that they are closed and later we fry them on all sides and at the end we remove them.
Continúo con unas pechugas de pollo las cuales voy a aderezar y ponerles el relleno a lo largo, luego procedo a enrollarla y con unos palillos de dientes me aseguro de que estén cerradas y posteriormente las ponemos a freír por todos lados y al finalizar retiramos.
I also wanted to make a sauce and for this I used onion, tomato, paprika and seasonings, I put everything in a pan with a little oil until they were soft.
Quise hacer una salsa también y para ello utilicé cebolla, tomate, pimentón y condimentos, todo lo puse en una sartén con un poco de aceite hasta que estuvieran blandos.
I put this mixture in a blender and then I cooked it again, along with the chicken rolls.
Esta mezcla la puse en una licuadora y después la volví a cocinar, junto con los rollos de pollos.
In the end, we only have to correct the seasoning and we have it ready to serve with whatever we want.
Al final solo quedar corregir la sazón y la tenemos lista para servir con lo que queramos.
