Yesterday I saw a very beautiful creation by an artist that I love too much and it occurred to me to make the national symbols of my country, I thought it would be great and well, I did like the result, and I have to confess that I stopped using the makeup brushes and now I use my paint brushes 😬
Today's makeup is about the tree and the national bird of my country, I am Venezuelan and I have nothing to be ashamed of my country, despite everything that happens and what people think of us, everyone knows who they are, and I'm proud of who I am.
Ayer vi una creación muy bonita de una artista que me encanta demasiado y se me ocurrió hacer los símbolos patrios de mi país, pensé que quedaría genial y pues la verdad sí me gustó el resultado, y tengo que confesar que un poco dejé de usar las brochas de maquillaje y ahora uso mis pinceles de pintura 😬
El maquillaje de hoy se trata del árbol y el ave nacional de mi país, soy venezolana y no tengo nada de que avergonzarme de mi país, a pesar de todo lo que suceda y lo que la gente piense de nosotros, cada quien sabe quién es, y yo estoy orgullosa de lo que soy.
The Araguaney is the national tree, it is one of the most beautiful of our forests, it is native to the jungles but it spread throughout the country so in every corner there is an Araguaney tree, for most of the year this tree is colored green, except in the months of April and May where its yellow flowers appear. Now the Turpial is the National bird, it inhabits almost the entire country, and is clearly distinguished by its unique colors.
El Araguaney es el árbol nacional, es uno de los más hermoso de nuestros bosques, es originario de las selvas pero se extendió en todo el país así que en cada rinconcito está un árbol de Araguaney, durante casi todo el año este árbol es de color verde, excepto en los meses de Abril y mayo donde salen sus flores amarillas. Ahora el Turpial es el ave Nacional, habita en casi todo el país, y se distingue claramente por sus colores únicos.
And well continuing with the makeup, first I prepared my skin and did a simple makeup, I only highlighted the eyes with orange shadow.
Then I made the design of what would be the tree and the bird, this I did with black liquid eyeliner.
Now we are on the part of giving life to the design, painting it, I was starting with the flowers of the tree but I remembered that I needed to accommodate the branches a bit, then I continued with the bird, and I was adding color and making changes and effects until I liked it my job.
And so this the makeup, I have noticed that by changing brushes I have improved the technique a little, I still have a lot to learn but I am really surprised these are not things that I had tried before and it is really great to see your work so beautiful, in the future I plan to attend painting classes because I really like landscapes and I would love to paint them on a canvas or on my face.
Y bueno continuando con el maquillaje, primero preparé mi piel y me hice un maquillaje sencillo, sólo destaqué los ojos con sombra naranja.
Luego hice el diseño de lo que sería el árbol y el ave, esto lo hice con delineador líquido negro.
Después ya tocaba la parte de darle vida al diseño, pintarlo, estaba comenzando por las flores del árbol pero recordé que me faltaba acomodar un poco las ramas, luego continúe con el ave, y fui añadiendo color y realizando cambios y efectos hasta que me gustara el trabajo.
Y así quedó este maquillaje, he notado que cambiando de pinceles he mejorado un poco la técnica, aún me falta mucho por aprender pero estoy sorprendida realmente estas no son cosas que había intentado antes y es realmente genial ver tu trabajo tan bonito, en el futuro tengo planeado asistir a clases de pinturas porque me gustan muchos los paisajes y me encantaría pintarlos en un lienzo o en mi cara.
