I did what I said I would do yesterday. Today I took the time to pamper myself like I used to do many years ago. I started with my nails, using all the things I bought. I confess I looked up a short tutorial because I didn't know the correct way to do semi-permanent nails. Since they're cured under UV lamps, they're different from a traditional manicure.

Empecé con las uñas, usé todas las cositas que compré, confieso que busqué un pequeño tutorial porque no sabía la forma de correcta de hacerme uñas semi permanentemente, estas al ser curadas en lamparas UV, son diferentes a la manicura clásica tradicional.
First, shape the nail with a file. You also need to lightly file the natural nail to remove the smooth layer, as this hinders the polish from adhering. Fix or trim the cuticles as well. Apply a dehydrating product to the nail to remove excess oil. Then, apply a base coat to help the color adhere. This is cured under a UV lamp. Next, apply the color, which is also cured under a UV lamp, and finally, apply a top coat, which is also cured under a UV lamp. Apply all of these layers very thinly, otherwise the polish may lift.
Primero hay que darle forma a la uña con la lima, también hay que limar un poco la uña natural para quitarle la capa lisa, ya que esto entorpece que el esmalte se adhiera a la uña… también hay que arreglar/cortar las cutículas. En la uña se puede poner un producto que se llama deshidratador para eliminar el exceso de grasa en la uña, aplicamos base coat para que esta ayude a la adherencia del color, este se cura en lampara uv, luego se aplica el color que se cura en lampara uv y por último el top coat que también se cura en lampara uv, todo esto en capas bastante finas porque sino se corre el riesgo de que la pintura se levante de la uña.
Honestly, the job didn't turn out perfectly, and I need to refine the application of the product because the layers weren't very thin. The result looks decent, but I need to keep practicing, and we'll also have to see if it actually lasts. This will determine how much I need to improve in future applications.
Honestamente el trabajo no me quedó perfecto y debo afinar la aplicación del producto porque las capas no me quedaban tan finas pero el resultado se ve decente pero necesito seguir practicando y también habrá que ver si realmente me dura, esto determinará que tanto debo mejorar en las siguientes aplicaciones.
